Third Party Debt Recovery 

In Third Party Debt Recovery, our fees are negotiable and can be commission based, a combination of commission & fee base or simply a fee for our services, relating back to performance. You retain ownership of the debt and County Collections acts as your agent in dealing with your defaulting customers.


Our approach to our fees is completely transparent and agreed in advance. Where our fee's are commission-based and/or performance -related you are only charged once the debt is successfully recovered. Recovered funds are held on your behalf in an audited separate client account and paid to the client according to our agreed terms of business which will be in a written service level agreement.
