This website is only intended for use by individuals who County Collections has contacted in connection with repayment of an outstanding balance. It is made available for your non-commercial use to assist you with managing your finances.


To access this website you will need to log-in using the unique reference number we have provided to you or such other log-in details that we provide to you from time to time as part of the registration process for this website (e.g. username, password). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your log-in details. You should contact us as soon as possible if you believe that anyone has obtained your login details without your permission or if you become aware of any other breach of security on this website.


We will not be responsible to you if there is unauthorised access to your login details or unauthorised activity on this website as a result of your login details becoming known by someone else, unless this is due to our negligence.


This website allows you to make payments towards your debt by credit/debit card, with a minimum payment of £5. When you submit your payment details on this website you will receive on-screen confirmation of whether or not your payment has been accepted. Your payments are processed by our appointed provider(s) of online payment processing services.
